The Manager, Performance Management directs the development and management of the IT Performance Management Program. This Program tracks and measures
the performance of the IT supporting Corporate and Segment business goalsand needs. It has two components, overall company IT metrics and internal enterprise metrics. The Manager develops performance measurement programs, reviews results, tracks trends, and recommends areas for improvement to achieve desired results.

The Manager is a catalyst for change, focusing not only on ways to improve existing IT service but also on how IT may be applied to improve business performance. Researching best practices, benchmarking, and evaluating existing company programs are key strategic activities.
